The published content in ELADD (Escritoras Latinoamericanas Del Diecinueve) follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative (2002) in which all materials \u201cprovide the public with unrestricted, free access to scholarly research\u2014much of which is publicly funded. Making the research publicly available to everyone\u2014free of charge and without most copyright and licensing restrictions\u2014will accelerate scientific research efforts and allow authors to reach a larger number of readers\u201d. https:\/\/www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org\/read<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. \u201cBy \u2018open access\u2019 to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself\u201d. https:\/\/www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org\/read<\/a><\/li>\n
